Louise Street on Women’s Only Weight Loss “I have been overweight most of my adult life. I have struggled every time I tried to lose the extra weight. I finally was successful in losing weight this time because of the Women’s Only Weight Loss Program offered through Apple Athletic Club. The program offers a simple, healthy way of losing weight and getting in shape. I found it was easy to track my progress with a food and exercise diary. I made some small changes in my eating habits and began exercising on a regular basis. It helped to have the support of Lisa, the Personal Trainer, and the other members of the class. For the first time in years, the weight came off. Since September, I have lost 35 lbs. I now weigh less than I have in almost 25 years. I am running over two miles a day and have signed up to run a 5K in May. I couldn’t run for even three minutes before. I have started attending two indoor cycling classes a week. I have dropped three dress sizes. I also feel younger and have a lot more energy than I did before. This program has made the difference between success and failure.”
