The water is an excellent medium to work out in:
- non-impact - stay cool - extra resistance for toning
- massaging effects - improved circulation - increased flexiblity
- variety of time - certified instructors - your choice of intensity levels
- fun - great cardiovascular - hard workout but not hard on you
- friendly classes - privacy in submersion - you can work at your own pace
Exercise in the water is tender on your joints; get resistance for
your muscles plus a great cardiovascular workout. A good hard workout
shouldn't be hard on you. Our three wonderful pools are used for these
classes. The indoor lap/aerobic pool and the outdoors pool (open
Memorial day-Labor day) temperature is 83-85 degrees. The therapy pool
is 93-95 degrees. No swimming skills required, as you stay vertical.
