http://www.appleathleticclub.com/use_images/H203-1.jpgExercise in the water is tender on your joints; get resistance for your muscles plus a great cardiovascular workout.  A good hard workout shouldn't be hard on you.  Our three wonderful pools are used for these classes.  The indoor lap/aerobic pool and the outdoors pool (open Memorial day-Labor day) temperature is 83-85 degrees.  The therapy pool is 93-95 degrees.  No swimming skills required, as you stay vertical.
