Bootcamp is an intense body workout including, drills, weight training, agility work, and plyometrics using cutting edge equipment. Each movement and training with core focus. The class is taught by worldclass fitness instructors Tami Cole and Stacey Christensen.
Classes beginning the first week of the month and include: Tuesday/ Thursday 6 am & Monday/Wednesday 12 pm
