"I enrolled in a
maternity STOTT PILATES® class at Apple with the goal of maintaining my
strength during my pregnancy. I actually built strength! I felt good enough to
participate in my maternity Pilates class on the day that my labor started!When my son flipped into a breach position prior to delivery, this additional strength was essential in a safe and natural delivery.
