Class details:
Over a period of 8 weeks (51 Days) you'll meet with Moses twice per week. The class is designed to challenge yourself & acheive your 51 day fitness goal. Class size is limited to 6.

 

2 New Class Sessions
Session 1
- Starts Monday Feb. 27th. Runs Mondays and Wednesdays @ 2 pm. Perfect for stay at home moms or shift workers.
Session 2 - Starts Monday March 5th. Runs Mondays @ 8 pm and Saturdays @ 10 am.
