Birthday, Pool & Team Parties

Member Parties: $40

Non-member Parties: add $20 more

Time: 2 hours long

Ages: we can accommodate any age

Total Party Numbers: you can include up to 12 non-member guest; this includes adults who are not swimming.  If you have more than 12 guests, the cost is $4 per person extra, though we will try to work with you on this.

Additional Time: $20 per hour

Party area options: Pre school room, indoor pools; outdoor pool, if available; YAC; Youth Locker Rooms

Pool usage: $10 an hour for lifeguard or $10 an hour for a pool games supervisor

Other options can always be discussed!

** For a higher club fee, we can completely run your party!

YAC Parties

(Youth Activity Center)

Member Parties: $75

Non-member Parties: add $20 more

Time: 2 hours long

Ages: we can accommodate any age

Total Party Numbers: you can include up to 18 non-member guest; this includes adults as well as young kids.  If you have more than 18 guests, the cost is $4 per person extra, though we will try to work with you on this.  

Additional Time: $20 per hour

Party area options: Pre school room, indoor pools; outdoor pool, if available; YAC; Youth Locker Rooms

Pool usage: $10 an hour for lifeguard or $10 an hour for a pool games supervisor  

Other options can always be discussed!

Gym Parties

Member Parties: $50 an hour

Non-member Parties: add $20 more an hour

Ages: we can accommodate any age

Total Party Numbers: you can include 50 guests; arrangements can be made for more.  

Party area options: Gym; Racquetball courts; Youth Locker Rooms; ask for more options.

Pool usage: $10 an hour for lifeguard or $10 an hour for a pool games supervisor

After Hours & Corporate Parties

Time: this will usually begin on Saturday around 5:00pm or 6:00pm

Cost: $75 an hour; minimum of 3 hours

Ages: we can accommodate any age

Party area options: YAC, pre school room, pool, Youth Locker Rooms, gym, foyer – upstairs not included!

Damage Deposit: $75 refundable upon a cleaning / damage inspection after the party. 

Cleaning Cost: $50 – $100 extra if you want Apple to perform most of the clean up

Lifeguard Cost: $15 per hour per lifeguard 

Pool Game Supervisor: $15 per hour or both a game supervisor & lifeguard for $25 per hour

Summer Corporate Parties

Time: this will usually be held on Thursday from 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Cost: $175 (roughly $75 an hour)

Ages: we can accommodate any age

Party area options: the entire outdoor pool area including the outdoor hot tub & Youth Locker Rooms.

Damage Deposit:  $75 refundable upon a cleaning / damage inspection after the party. 

Cleaning Cost: $50 extra if for Apple to perform most of the clean up

Lifeguard Cost: $15 per hour per lifeguard 

Pool Game Supervisor: $15 per hour or both a game supervisor & lifeguard for $25 per hour

Team Bonding Course

This must be discussed with Barbara and price will depend on numbers, time & goals… minimum of $200

We provide the activities with a facilitator who has been trained in “small ropes course activities.”  She would meet with your “manager” to determine those “outcomes” desired.

Friday Date Night

These will be designed to give the kids “time to play” while the adults are ‘having fun.’  So it’s a WIN / WIN situation.  Watch for this as we will keep you posted on our upcoming dates & times.

High School Graduation or

All Night Party

Cleaning Deposit:  $150 refundable upon a cleaning / damage inspection after the party. 

Hours:             10pm – 4am

Cost Per Person:  $5

Lifeguard Cost:  $15 per hour per lifeguard  

Pool Game Supervisor:  $15 per hour for a game supervisor
