You will be directed to our full schedule of Free Trial and Unlimited Pilates classes.  During the Free Trial class you will lean the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES.  Regardless whether you ever take another Pilates class again, these five principles will also improve your personal workout. In addition, you will be introduced to the weight resistance on the STOTT Reformer and deep core training on the mat.
