Registrations and payment must be submitted 5 days prior to the session start date. Late registrations welcome, if space is available, subject to late fee.

Swimming Lessons Class Description

Parent Toddler: (6 months to 2yrs.)

This class is taught with the parent in the water and focuses on acclimation of the child in the water. It also teaches safety skills.

Pre-School Stations 1-10: (3yrs. - 5yrs.)

Pre-school age children will begin to learn how to propel themselves independently in the water, learn safety skills, and will follow a pre-school Swim America program specifically designed for this age group. Ratio: 5 students/ instructor.

Swim America Station 1-10: (6yrs. and up)

This is a unique program to teach swimming effectively and efficiently. The system focuses on goal achievement, perfecting stroke technique and quality. All new students begin at station 1 and progress at their own rate. Every station builds upon the skills learned at the previous stations. Students will improve their skills and advance to a higher skill level. You will be ready to join our swim club before completion.  Ratio: 5 students/ instructor.

Cost

Cost is $38 per person for members and $48 for non-members. The student in the class or their parent must be a current member of Apple Athletic Club to receive the member rate.  A $2 late fee will applied if registration forms are turned in after session registration deadline.

Family discount is available if 3 or more students register for the same session from the same family, you receive $2 off per student.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are an excellent way to learn to swim and/or improve swimming skills on a one to one basis. Private lessons are available from our most experienced instructors. Cost is $35 per hour for member and $45 per hour for non-members.
