A.M. Interval
This high-energy class offers the best of both cardio & strength training by incorporating power intervals of weights, plyometrics, cardio, & balance. Gain power, confidence, & insight into a very effective way of training.
Ball Blast!
Have a blast working out with every kind of ball you can imagine, tennis balls, stability ball, BOSU, medicine balls and more. This class combines cardio, strength and flexibility for all levels.
Butts ‘n Gutts
Thirty minutes of non-stop strength work targeting the glutes and core.
boogalooFIT
Sweat to the beat of African, Latin, Arabic, Indian, and other international rhythms! An effective full-body workout especially targeted to strengthen the core. Increase cardiovascular capacity while toning and burn calories and improve strength through interval training.
CardioSculpt
This class will combine step, kickboxing and bootcamp drills with resistance training, making it an effective cardio and toning class in one.
Circuit interval
A class designed to take you through a safe series of strength training circuits, incorporating toatl body and core.
Group Power
(formerly
BodyPump) A one-hour class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and
condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
Hip Hop
Shake
your groove-thang with street style dancing with lots of energy &
attitude. No dance experience
needed. All levels welcome!
Jumprope Interval
The
class you'll love to hate! 3-minute jump
roping segments mixed with kickboxing and strength training.
Kick'nCardio
The class format will change to keep variety! Formats include kickboxing, step, circuit,
etc.
Kids Fitness
Ages
8-12. Bootcamp on Tuesdays, Yoga on Thursdays. Keeping our kids fit and moving!
Multi Step
A
variety of step options, double step, quad step & beyond. High intensity combinations to make you
sweat!
Powercut Plus
Grab
your friends for a party! This weight
lifting class uses bars, free-weights, and great music to get you through an
hour of head to toe muscle work. Cardio
intervals are interjected between strength sets. Every class is different and all levels are
welcome!
Reach
Reach combines stationary low impact movements and spot-targeting floorwork for an energetic hour long workout that will improve total body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.
Silver Sneakers
Have
fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living
skills. Hand-held weights, elastic
tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used
for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Cardio
Combine
fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with
a standing circuit workout, which combines upper body strength work with
non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair
is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Move
your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga
poses. Chair support is offered to
safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance
and range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and
mental clarity.
Step
A
step with basic step patterns for the new stepper as well as those who prefer
less complicated footwork.
Step/Bosu

Step, 1/2 BOSU (the latest equipment for balance, strength and core work).
Step Interval
Get
ready to challenge yourself and sweat with interval training consisting of agility,
sports drills, and cross training essentials.
Anyone can do this class with basic step moves, showing many options for
all levels.
Step it Up
Bump
up your workout with this high-energy class!
You'll experience a wide variety of combinations that will make you
sweat and LOVE the burn. This step class
builds upon basic moves and propels you into a whole new direction. Before you know it you will be movin' like
you've never moved before!
Total Body Strength
The
ultimate total body workout. An intense, empowering class that will define
and sculpt every muscle in your body, using a wide variety of equipment. Be prepared for a fun new challenge each
class.
TurboKick
A high energy kickboxing class with fun moves and
great music!
Weekend Warrior
The "Ultimate" workout. One hour of Cardio, followed by 30 minutes of "Butts n' Gutts" targeting both your core. Learn the unique talents of each rotating instructor as he/she brings her class format to the floor.
Yoga
A flowing sequence of postures, focusing
on building strength, flexibility and balance.
Breathing techniques and meditation are utilized to help you relax and
find peace. Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar
yoga practices are used. All levels
welcome.
Yoga Stretch
Increase your flexibility, lengthen the
muscles, and enjoy relaxation techniques and breathing.
Zumba
A popular fitness program that combines dance styles such as cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, calypso, and hip-hop. Participants will pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, dip, slide and spin - all to a frenzied beat that will leave you with flushed cheeks and dripping in sweat
