Group Exercise
Apple is proud to offer over 100 group fitness classes a week, that's the most classes in the area! Group Fitness Classes are a great way to mix up your workout routine and keep it fun and exciting. Enjoy the music, energy of the instructors, and feeding off the energy of other class participants. We have a class for you! Pick up a schedule at the front desk or in the main hallway. Remember - youth who are 12 years old and older are welcome to our classes.
