-Summer day Camp Counselors

-The position will be full time or part time from June 2 - August 8, and the rate of pay will be $6.50/hour, plus a membership to Apple.

-Part time swimming instructors year round.-Pick up a an application as soon as possible for the swimming lesson instructor position.

-A.M. nursery staff position.

-Individuals to trade cleaning help for memberships for the following positions:

Pool Area Cleaners-(4) people needed. Will spray pool decking, clean/sweep pools, empty trash bins, etc. 8-9p.m. Monday thru Friday and Sunday 5-6p.m.

Exercise Machine Cleaners-(10) people needed. Monday thru Saturday. Minimum 10 hrs./week. Flexible Schedule.

Weight Equipment Cleanup-(4) people needed. Will pickup and return weights to there proper place. Heavy lifting required. Monday thru Friday 10-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday 5-6p.m.

Membership Coordinator

Objectives: To contribute and generate revenue to the club through honest and enthusiastic Membership sales and service and to participate in advertising and promotions. To create relationships with Members that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club. – Revised 8/294/07
Reports to: Sales Manager, Barbara Dee Ehardt –
Game Plan:
1. Tours: To get and keep members by providing effective membership tours to prospective Members and Guests, determining their needs and wants; matching those needs and wants with memberships.
2. Follow up with those who don’t join today, within 24 hours, by phone and written correspondence. Continue follow up calls with those who still didn’t join 30 days ago from guest passes.
3. Alumni Calls: participate in monthly alumni calls to former members 90 days out with invite to return.

4. Prospecting: When not touring, generate new sales leads by continue to work current leads, Member referrals, old leads, etc. You are expected to make a minimum of 15 referral phone calls per day & have a minimum of 3 appointments per day. Walk-ins are merely a bonus.
5. Outreach: A minimum of 2 hours a day is to be spent in outreach generating leads and accounts. Such to include monthly in-person contact with current accounts; 1 new Corporate account per every two months, distribute and collect leads from at least 8 productive lead boxes. Outreach will also include business and city events such as The Chamber of Commerce luncheons.
6. New Member Calls: Average 25 – 30 contact calls per week (part of 3 follow up calls) to current Members so as to stay in touch with both your old & new members; invite them to club functions and apprise them of relevant club programs. Additionally, create and host monthly events (also functions for current leads) for your Members that address their needs. You are expected to have an attendance of 10 – 15 Members at these events.
7. Training: Listen to and read relevant sales materials as well as attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to enhance performance.
8. Monthly Goals: Meet and exceed established goals to maintain employment. Goals are both in membership & non-dues programs. If you miss your goals in any 3 months through a 12-month period, you may be terminated or at minimum taken off the up system. Current goals: 25 pts / memberships sold.
9. Paperwork: Complete all membership paperwork accurately and promptly submit for processing.
10. Sales Reports: Complete membership sales reports / statistics accurately and submit on a daily basis. You are expected to utilize your sales reports to accurately manage your business by the numbers so that we, as a club, can accurately manage Apple Athletic Club by the numbers.
11. Miscellaneous: Work as a team member to provide a high level of service to members, inspiration and leadership to staff and assist in directing the flow of the club for smooth and profitable operation. Management responsibility includes but is not limited to expeditiously, gracefully and effectively handling Member situations, freezes, questions, concerns, etc.
12. Provide an experience: by playing with the Members & staff & providing an experience for them that is more than just a membership or a job. This requires SBWA (sale by walking around) twice per day for 15 minutes each time.
13. Club Social Functions: Attend all Member Mixers and monthly social functions.
14. Promotions: Participate and assist in the planning and implementation of all promotions.
15. Schedule: to require 40 – 50 hours per week and plan to work the last two days of each month.
16. Dress & Appearance: must be professional & clean cut; includes no visible tattoos or piercings beyond the ears (no more than 2 for women, 1 for men). A more detailed dress code may be forth coming.
17. Other requirements include: a valid & current Idaho driver’s license; current, full coverage auto insurance; a working automobile that can be used when the company car is not available. Also, CPR & First Aid.
