Personal training with Elena has been an incredible experience! I have learned so much about eating the right combinations of food and exercising for my body type.
I have had people tell me my saddlebags are hereditary, my muffin top was from having kids and that there was nothing I could do about either.
Elena told me I could change those areas and she was willing to help me do it! She never said no or made me feel like I couldn't do and be anything I set my mind to.
