Class Descriptions:
Walking Fit- Take in some fresh air as we learn Health, Fitness, and Olympic Speed Walking. We will explore the different walking areas of Idaho Falls, hills, parks, etc. Learn how to use a pedometer, and how to include circuits with your walking program outside. This year we are adding Nordic Walking (using poles). All levels can enjoy this class.
Stroller Boot Camp- This Class is not just a stroll in the Park. It is a 50 minutes session of power walking/running and body toning exercises, improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. This class uses interval training through a variety of drills (and much more) while bonding with your child.
