Nicki Thiel-STOTT PILATES® Level II Mat, Level I ReformerNicki has been with the Apple Pilates team since 2005. She is currently STOTT PILATES® Certified as Level II Mat and Level I Reformer. Nicki teaches Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced Mat and Reformer. She recently added Stability Chair and Injury and Special Populations to her trainin making her the highest trained STOTT PILATES® Instructor Apple currently employs. She is available for group and personal Pilates instruction to help you meet your fitness and lifestyle goals. Nicki also has 15 years previous experience teaching Modern and Creative dance and sees Pilates as a natural fit with her beliefs on movement and fitness.

Elena Lambert-STOTT PILATES® Level I Mat, Reformer ApprenticeElena taught Pilates for 2 years under the Physical Mind Institute but in 2006 opted to advance and become a STOTT PILATES® Level I Mat and Reformer Apprentice. She has grown to love the small group format and one-on-one instruction of STOTT PILATES®. Elena says "what is addicting about STOTT PILATES® is that you truly get results. No matter your goal, whether to increase your athletic ability, strengthen your lower back, or tighten a post-partum tummy...it works!" Elena is also a degreed and certified Personal Trainer.

Annette Hayner-STOTT PILATES® Level II Mat; Level I ReformerAnnette is a STOTT PILATES® Level II Mat and Level I Reformer instructor. Annette believes becoming certified in and teaching STOTT PILATES® was one of the best things she has ever done. After seeing the great improvements Pilates made in her first client, who had numerous back ailments, she was hooked. Annette's greates reward from teaching STOTT PILATES® is seeing first hand the improvements and benefits gained by her clients. Along with her STOTT PILATES® certifications she is also certified in Group Power and Indoor Cycling.

Tami Cole-STOTT PILATES® Level II Mat, Reformer ApprenticeTami is currently a certified Level II Mat and Reformer Apprentice STOTT PILATES® Instructor. Tami believes some of the greatest benefits of STOTT PILATES® is proper posture alignment, longer, leaner muscles, and a strong core. Her love to achieve these benefits and excitement at seeing other people strive to achieve these benefits make her STOTT PILATES® classes a fun and rewarding experience. Along with her certification, Tami is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer and AFFA certified Fitness Instructor. Her enthusiasm for a healthy active lifestyle has led her into a career of fitness and has been working in the industry for over 10 years.

Aaron Schow-STOTT PILATES® Level II Mat; Level I ReformerAaron has been at Apple since 1998. Previously certified by the Physical Mind Institute, he has advanced to become certified in STOTT PILATES®. He is currently a Level II Mat and Level I Reformer STOTT PILATES® instructor. Aaron believes STOTT PILATES® is a unique form of training which can help with core strength, posture, flexability and most of all he enjoys. Aaron is also a Personal Trainer, certified by ACE and NSCA.

Susan Steffler-STOTT PILATES® Apprentice Mat/ReformerSusan has been practicing pilates since 2005 and an instructor for Apple since 2006. She is certified through STOTT PILATES® in essential through advanced Mat and is an apprentice in essential through advanced Reformer. Susan believes that a strong foundation gives you a safe, strong place to pursue your exercise goals. Seeing her clients become stronger, more flexible and be able to correct physical probles is so exciting. Gaining confidence in you physical ablilities and relieving unneccessary pain makes life so much more enjoyable! Susan currently a full time student in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at ISU.
