Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions have proven to be a huge success at Apple Athletic Club. The class is a great addition for an individual who would like to further their own unique practice of yoga.
If you are interested in focusing on meditation or stress release, you have the privilege of a skilled instructor to guide you along the way, and explore many additional areas of yoga.
These private/semi-private/small group yoga sessions are for you if:
You want to focus on a specific element of yoga, i.e. meditation, inverted poses, arm balances, advanced asanas, etc.
You want to push yourself further.
You need individual attention to learn a certain pose.
You don't feel comfortable in a regular class.
You would like to do yoga at a certain time of day that is not offered through our regular class schedule.
Private: $30 for Members - $35 for Non-Members
Semi-Private (2 people): $15/per person for Members - $20/person for Non
Group (3 or more): $12/person for Members - $18/person for Non
