Join former Division I Football player Brandon Reed for summer Strength, Conditioning & Agility Training.  Brandon is not only one of our top trainers, but he also specializes in training our youth.  One of several results of Brandon's training has been that many of his clients have been able to continue their play at college on athletic scholarships. Brandon's success and consequent demand has prompted us to look at other means of servicing more of our youth and exposing them to the extra athletic benefits when strength, conditioning and agility are involved.  Join us for our 2 summer sessions, each running for 4 weeks or 8 clinics.  Session 1 begins June 7th - June 30th & Session 2 begins July 5th - July 28th.  With your effort, success is guaranteed.  

This training is designed for all ages and will transcend all sports.  All youth looking to be better conditioned, but especially all athletes wanting to have a competitive advantage, are encouraged to participate.
