Sports Strength and Conditioning for Young Athletes
Parents, are you interested in a good after school & off season program for your youth & teen athletes? Sports strength & conditioning for young athletes is a fifty minute group training class for ages 8-18 years old geared towards improving:
•Power & Strength •Speed •Dynamic Flexibility •Agility •Endurance & Cardio Conditioning
•Self Confidence & Teamwork
Where: Apple Athletic Club upstairs weight room
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10:00-10:50 am. Starting Tuesday August 3rd and ending Thursday August 26th 2010.
Cost: $99/month of $15 per session drop in.

Why Aaron Schow? Before signing up you child with another program, consider the following: Aaron has ten years of experience as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Aaron is certified specifically to work with amateur athletes to professional, and has performed over 25,000 clients hours with thousands of those working with adolescents. He holds a sport specific degree from ISU and is passionate about his profession.
- Taught by Level VI Apple Trainer & 10 year certified Strength Coach Aaron Schow
- Top college & pro teams only hire strength coaches with the C.S.C.S. Certification.
- Class held as a base strength & conditiong program for all sports.
- Basic testing will be done pre and post training to gauge progress.
- Youth & teens do not need to be in any sports to do this class.
