Sports Strength and Conditioning for Young Athletes
Parents, are you interested in a good after school & off season program for your youth & teen athletes? Sports strength & conditioning for young athletes is a fifty minute group training class for ages 8-18 years old (healthy adults also welcome!) geared towards improving:
•Power & Strength •Speed •Dynamic Flexibility •Agility •Endurance & Cardio Conditioning
•Self Confidence & Teamwork
Where: Behind Apple Athletic Club
When: Monday & Wednesdays @ 3:00-3:50 pm August 3-31st
Cost: $99/month of $15 per session drop in.

- Taught by Level VI Apple Trainer & 9 year certified Strngth Coach Aaron Schow
- Class held as a base strength & conditiong program for all sports
- Basic testing will be done pre and post training to gauge progress
- Adults are welcome to participate
- Youth & teens do not need to be in any sports to do this class
