What Exactly IS Stroller Bootcamp?
Stroller Bootcamp is a class about developing lifelong healthy habits for yourself and for your child. Its a chance to bond and share the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. During the warm weather months this class meets at various parks in the area but don't be fooled. This class is NOT just a stroll in the park. It is a 50 minutes session of power walking/running and body toning exercises, improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. This class uses interval training through a variety of drills (and much more) while bonding with your child.
Stroller Bootcamp Class is held M/W/F from 8:30-9:20AM and is included with your membership.
Non-members can purchase a punch card.

Stroller Boot Camp has been an exhilarating experience for me. I usually don't attend an exercise class for more than a couple months before I get bored and eventually quit. This class is different: The instructors switch up the routine at every class focusing on different muscle groups each time. In addition, the instructors are super friendly, nice, and ensure that you're doing the exercises correctly. One of the greatest perks of this class is that I can bring my child and I don't have to arrange for a babysitter. I also love how this class takes place outside in different parks of the town during the summer months. All in all, I would recommend this class to anyone who likes a rigorous workout routine in a friendly environment. - Rosa Maria Mulser
"The choice to try out Stroller Bootcamp five years ago was the best decision I could have made as a new mother. Not only do you get an excellent cardiovascular & strength workout, you get to do so with your children present, watching and learning healthy lifestyle habits that you are modeling. The instructors are amazing and the group of women who participate in the class make it fun and challenge you to try harder. There is a real sense of community not only between the other mothers (and occasional fathers) but between the kids as well.
