Youth Fitness Classes
Our new Trainers, Tristan Lewis and Liz Thomas, are ready to lead your youngsters in fun new workouts in our Youth Exercise Studio (YES)!
These youth fitness classes start back up November 5th and are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30 and 6:30pm
Designed for kids age 8-14, these classes are 30 minutes of interval training and 30 minutes of cardio training with breaks in between. Your kids can do one class, or both.
Workouts are designed to help them excel in sports like skiing, running and general all-around health and fitness but they're FUN so they won't even realize that they're working out!
