My wife and I signed up with Apple in Nov. 2014 and signed up for a personal trainer right away. Fortunately, Joel Peterson was available. It's important because Joel is just a few years younger than we, has suffered several of the same injuries that accompany an active lifestyle, and he is well trained not only in how to develop an exercise program for 70+ year olds but also how to avoid antagonizing old injuries or causing new ones.   • Motivation - We will motivate you every single time you come to the club, so reaching your fitness goals will be EASY (Without motivation from the outside, it is EXTREMELY difficult for most people to get into shape.)

 

  • Instruction - We will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise SAFE and correctly (you wouldn't believe the amount of people using dangerous exercise form & wasting time on ineffective workouts.)
